Show Us Your Beauty

Society often leads women to believe that “sexy” is displayed in a specific way. It comes in the form of seduction, sensual dancing, and tight clothing. But in actuality, no one can impose upon a woman a conformist definition of what it means to be desirable, it must come from within.

We posed the question to the ladies of Ithaca College, “ When do you feel most desirable?”. Through this question we witnessed pure vulnerability in responses and unbeatable confidence as women participated in the photoshoot.

Empowerment cannot be instilled, it derives from the core. When societal standards are erased from the equation, women become free, they become powerful, confident beings.
